Dark Wood Floor Restoration in Caterham, Surrey

Last week we worked in Caterham in Surrey and restored a very old, tired-looking dark wood floor. Good floor restoration requires quite a large amount of skill, really good machinery, and a lot of hard work to get a really good finish.  As you can see from the ‘before’ picture, the timber started off looking quite old and worn, but once the dust-free sanding machines had worked their magic, it became a much nicer colour and was completely transformed! The varnish top coat used was Bona Traffic which is extremely hard wearing, and will withstand wear from footfall for many years. For more information on Bona Traffic varnish, click here.
