Pine Parquet Restoration in South Croydon

Last week I worked in South Croydon and restored a very old, pine parquet floor. As you can see from the pictures, there was a very badly water-stained area in front of the radiator, this was from a previous water-leak, however once the sanders had worked their magic, the blocks looked as good as new. There were also a lot of loose blocks that needed sticking down, particularly around the edges – this is very common in old, parquet floors, and once they were stuck in place, it was then followed by a full, dust-free sand, followed by a coat of Bona primer, and two coats of Bona Traffic Go varnish. As you can see from the pictures, I got an excellent result and the customer was very happy.
